Where can you ship my Feeding On Frost Order?
We can ship your order to any residential address, or anywhere that can accept mail in person or via PO Box/mailroom.
What if I live in Toronto, Canada and want to pick up my order?
Let’s get in touch and set up a time to meet in person to pick up your order! Normally we can meet you in the Queen Street East & Broadview Avenue area in Toronto, but we are happy to arrange a pick up or drop off of your order of you live in the GTA, Havelock, or surrounding areas and the timing works out.
Shipping costs are determined by your location, and the size of your order by weight/dimensions. I have a standard rate that applies to almost all orders, depending on your location. These rates have been determined using the Canada Post shipping website for small businesses.
How do you calculate your shipping costs?
Every order will be assigned a Canada Post tracking number. When your order is ready to ship, you will be notified by email and provided your tracking number, and the website to use to follow its progress.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
Well, that depends where you live!
You may choose either Canadian, USA, or International shipping. Don’t see your country in the list of International shipping destinations? Message us directly here to determine if Feeding On Frost can ship to you.
Alternatively if you are local to Toronto or Havelock (or surrounding areas), you may message us directly to arrange a local pick up option.
Which shipping option should I choose when ordering from the Feeding On Frost website?
Customs is not something we can control. Borders make these decisions, and when there are customs charges attached to your purchase, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay off these charges. This is standard for any cross border shopping, and we cannot control this.
Why am I being asked to pay additional for customs?
Every order is different. Ready-made jewelry from our permanent collection is normally shipped within 1-3 business days, with tracking. Once we drop your order off with Canada Post, we cannot speed up the delivery process, please refer to your tracking number for all shipping updates.
Custom jewelry takes longer to make. Every piece of custom jewelry is different, and information regarding your custom jewelry will be determined piece by piece. Detailed information including estimated shipping times will be provided based on your order.
