Can I return my Feeding On Frost jewelry and get a refund if I don’t love it?

All sales of ready-made, and custom jewelry are final sale. We offer many options that can help you make the right choice when picking out the perfect piece of jewelry, including ring sizers, in person options to try jewelry on, or coming to a market and exploring our collections in person before making your purchase. Can I receive a refund on my custom Feeding On Frost jewelry?

Plain and simple, NOPE!

Your custom jewelry has been created specifically for you. You have chosen your design, metal, stones, details, and accents. This is custom jewelry that we have spent additional time, resources, and materials creating directly for you, and once it is completed and paid for it will be in your hands and we cannot offer refunds on any custom work. During the process of creating your custom work, you will receive updates and we will have chats along the way to determine any special details you wish to include. If you are having custom work created with Feeding On Frost and you’ve got questions along the way please make sure you voice them when they come up, as often times during the creation process we cannot go back to make changes, and we want you to love your custom jewelry!

Can I exchange my Feeding On Frost jewelry if I change my mind about what I purchased?

Usually no, but sometimes yes.

While all of our sales are final, if you find yourself wearing a ready-made ring, bracelet, or necklace from our collection that is just not fitting properly, please reach out. Providing the jewelry is in 100% absolute perfect condition, with no scratches, dents, breaks, or missing parts, there is a possibility we can allow you to exchange your jewelry. Your original piece of jewelry needs to be in perfect condition so it can be cleaned and re-sold.

All earrings are final sale, ALWAYS. That’s just nasty! You wouldn't want me to sell you a pair of used earrings that have been in someone else’s ears would you? Neither would we, so we cannot offer exchanges on any of our earrings or studs for this reason.
